What InboxOS is
InboxOS is an assistant for your email, your meetings and your scheduling. You connect your Google account, and it works on your Gmail mailbox and Google Calendar on your behalf — sorting and batching incoming mail, preparing draft replies for you to review, writing up the meetings it attends, and settling the times for new ones.
What it is
A web application that works on your existing mailbox. InboxOS is not an email client and does not replace Gmail — your mail stays where it is, and nothing is ever deleted.
Who it is for
People whose day is mostly email and meetings. Sold as a paid subscription to individuals and to teams, with a seven-day trial.
What it connects to
Your Google account — Gmail and Google Calendar — plus Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for the calls it is asked to take notes in.
Your mail runs on a schedule
New mail is held and handed to you in batches — three times a day, every two hours, or whatever rhythm suits your work. Set quiet hours and it waits. Put someone on your VIP list and they never wait at all.

Sorted before you open it
Every message is read, labelled, and ranked by what actually needs you. The low-value ones move out of the way. Nothing is ever deleted.

Anything that needs an answer arrives with one drafted in your own phrasing, learned from how you have written before. Read it, adjust it, send it.

Meetings, written up
InboxOS joins your Zoom, Meet and Teams calls, keeps the notes, and turns what was decided into the follow-up email and a set of reminders.
The scheduling agent does the back-and-forth
CC the scheduling agent on a thread and it takes over — proposing times, negotiating with up to eight people, booking the invite, and rearranging things when something clashes.
Tuesday at 2pm works for everyone except Ravi. Proposing 3:30pm instead — I'll send the invite once he confirms.
What happens to your email
No inbox is emptied behind your back. Here is the whole path a message takes, start to finish.

A message lands. Instead of interrupting you, it goes into a holding queue.

It gets categorized and ranked by whether it genuinely needs a reply from you.

If an answer is expected, one is written in your phrasing and attached to the thread.

What stays under your control
- Nothing is ever deleted — low-value mail is moved, not thrown away.
- VIPs bypass the queue entirely and arrive the moment they are sent.
- Quiet hours are respected; nothing is delivered inside them.
- Turn batching off at any time and mail goes back to arriving live.

Read, label and draft your mail

Reads incoming mail to sort and rank it, applies the labels you see, and saves replies as Gmail drafts for you to review. Sending is limited to scheduling threads you have CC'd the agent on. The scope cannot bypass your Trash, so nothing can be permanently deleted.
Manage your Gmail filters

Batched delivery is a real Gmail filter, not a trick of the interface — it holds new mail out of your inbox until the next delivery time. This creates and removes those filters, and nothing else.
See and manage your calendars
calendar
Reads event times and free/busy status to offer slots that work and to know which calls to join. Places the invitation once a time is agreed, and moves it when plans change.

InboxOS’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Your Gmail and Calendar data is used only for the features above — never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train any AI model.
